2019 Southeast Regional Teen Prom

The COGWA Nashville congregation invites teens and their families to a weekend of fun March 8-10, 2019!  We will kick off with a casual Friday evening welcome reception (1201 Mapleash Ave Columbia, TN) featuring a coffee bar, dessert, fellowship, and hymn singing.  Following afternoon Sabbath Services (308 W. 7th Street Columbia, TN) teens will change into formal attire to enjoy a special evening of dinner, dancing, honoring graduating seniors, and taking lots of photos Under the Stars.  We have a much nicer hotel this year and the entire family is welcome to bowling and indoor laser tag (730 Mooresville Pike, Columbia, TN) on Sunday morning.  Register now to join us and mail your check by Feb 15th for a discount!  Feb 28th is the registration deadline. Reserve a hotel room by Feb 15th at Sleep Inn & Suites (1605 Harley Davidson Blvd Columbia, TN 38401) by calling (931)548-2900 and letting them know you're with the Church of God group. Group Rate: $95 + tax/night for a double queen room | $5 extra for a double king room. Children 14 and under stay free when in the same room as their parent/guardian. Additional person charges apply (after two adults per room) of $10 per person, per night. Hotel offers FREE breakfast, an indoor pool, and is located on Exit 46 of I-65. There are several restaurants close by and it's a 15 minute drive from the activities. A valid credit card number or 1 nights advanced deposit will be required to reserve a room. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed. Once a reservation has been made, please call (912) 335-5118 to make any changes through the Group Sales Dept.
