Branson Presidents’ Day Weekend

The special Branson Presidents’ Day Family Weekend is on again this year! After a two-year pause during the pandemic, the weekend will once again provide an opportunity for brethren to enjoy a midwinter pick-me-up with education, fellowship and a fun time with other brethren from around the country.

The weekend will feature special Sabbath services with COGWA’s Media operation manager Clyde Kilough as the featured speaker. It will include many educational seminars, and a reception for everyone on the opening evening. We will have a kids’ carnival and family dance Saturday night. On Sunday, there will be more seminars, a family activity in the afternoon, and a pizza party and game night in the evening. As always, there will be plenty of good old fellowshipping!  

There is one change to note this year: We will not have the family meal on Saturday evening. It was getting very expensive.

The event will be headquartered at the Branson Grand Plaza Hotel. Rooms will cost only $50 per night plus tax for a room with two queen beds or one king bed, and that includes breakfast every morning. King suites are $69 per night. We have been able to keep the rate the same for several years.

The event begins with the drop-in fellowship reception on the hotel’s ninth floor. Sabbath services will begin at 2 p.m. Sabbath at the King’s Castle Theatre. 

We will be using online registration this year for those with email. Please fill out the survey at Presidents’ Day Family Weekend 2023. Those without email should sign the list at services.
