Our 100th Blog Post
Written by Mike Bennett
This is the 100th blog post on the COGWA.org website. We thought we would take this moment to update you about these blogs and why we do them.
Why do you blog? Everything we do is tied to our mission: “to preach the gospel of the Kingdom of God and make disciples from among those whom God calls.”
Our blogs are designed to share the good news of the Kingdom of God and why we desperately need it. Other blogs seek to give practical and relevant Christian living principles to encourage and help those who are becoming disciples—learners and followers of Jesus Christ.
The different blogs, categories and tags are designed to help you find information that will be helpful to you. But we are all a family, and the blogs are not meant to be restrictive. For example, if you are a grandparent and find the Teen Blog helpful, we think that’s great!
How can I subscribe? If you have not previously subscribed to receive email notifications about new blog posts, you can subscribe right on the website. (See “Get the Latest” on the right side of the blog pages.)
However, if you have previously subscribed but now want to add subscriptions to the new blog categories (Godly Women, the Man Blog, Teen Blog, Young Adult Blog and soon the Daily Bible Verse Blog), please go to one of the email notifications you have received. Go to the bottom and click on “update subscription preferences.”
How can I comment? At this time, the best place to make comments and discuss these blogs is on our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/cogwa. We appreciate your feedback, your suggestions and your sharing of any of the blogs you find interesting and helpful. We look forward to hearing from you!
