What was the true nature of Jesus Christ while on the earth? Was he just a great prophet or moral teacher, like some say, but didn't exist prior to His human conception? Or was He God through-and-through, totally divine, and He only appeared to be human during His time on earth? Was His physical form some kind of an illusion or a celestial manifestation? What exactly does the Church teach about the true nature of Jesus Christ? Let’s explore this topic today, and see what the Bible has to say about Jesus Christ’s preexistence before coming to earth as a man, what He really was when He walked the earth as a man, and what He is now, where so many scriptures say that He sits at the right hand of God in heaven.
