Paul counseled the brethren to be solid in their faith, and used two different Greek words to denote standing against internal pressures of doubt, worry and fear, and also external pressures of persecution, family and friends. And then to go forward living Christianity, putting everything we know to use in our lives. That counsel still stands for us today!
