The Trial of the Century

What made this trial so famous is that it was responsible for a major turning point in the American education system; but, as we will see, it was responsible for much more than that. The trial was called The Scopes Trial, or the Scopes Monkey Trial. It was a battle pitting two diametrically opposing philosophies; Creationism and Evolution.
