Unity in the Church

Psalm 133 says it is pleasant (among other things) for brethren to dwell together in unity. On the other hand, it is not pleasant when there is strife and division in different situations in life but especially in the church. Many have expressed that we have been blessed with wonderful unity in COGWA since we started. So, with that in mind, why do we need a sermon on unity if we have unity? This sermon gives key aspects of unity and why needed.
