Topgolf

After the great response to last year's Topgolf activity, we're excited to offer it again for this year’s WFW! Join us on Thursday, Dec. 24, for an afternoon of fun, friendly competition, and fellowship!

We have reserved two separate two-hour sessions:

• Session 1: 12:30–2:30 p.m.
• Session 2: 3:00–5:00 p.m.

The cost is $20 per person, per session.

When registering, please select only the session you wish to attend. Registration and payment are required for all participants.

Whether you're an experienced golfer or picking up a club for the first time, come enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship. We look forward to seeing you at Topgolf!

Kentucky Science Center

Bring the kids and join us for an afternoon of discovery, exploration, and hands-on fun at the Kentucky Science Center on Wednesday, December 23, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.!

Designed especially for families with young children, this outing is a wonderful opportunity to explore interactive exhibits, spark curiosity, and make lasting memories together. Located just a short walk from the Galt House, the Kentucky Science Center offers an exciting afternoon of learning and adventure for the whole family!

The cost is $10 per person, which includes admission to the Science Center and a special showing of the documentary Serengeti: Journey to the Heart of Africa.

Please note: This is NOT a drop-off activity. Parents are required to accompany and supervise their children at all times.

Main Event

Get ready for an afternoon packed with fun, excitement, and friendly competition! Join us at Main Event in Louisville for four hours of entertainment the whole family can enjoy!

Food and Beverages: Main Event has an on-site restaurant where you can purchase food and drinks between activities. Please note that food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.

Bring your family and get ready for four hours of fun and fellowship at Main Event!

Ladies’ Tea

You’re invited to our annual WFW Ladies’ Tea on Thursday, Dec. 24, from noon to 2 p.m. Join us for an afternoon of laughter and fellowship. Light refreshments will be served, so come ready to sip, snack and enjoy the fellowship!

Please note: This is a free activity for the ladies, but registration is required through the COGWA portal. A confirmation email will be sent to the first 160 ladies. Anyone not registered to attend will not be able to check-in the day of the event.

Family Dance

Get ready to roll the dice, make your move, and bring your favorite board game to life! This year's Winter Family Weekend Family and Young Adult Dances will feature the theme “Board Games Come to Life!” Whether you're a king or queen from Chess, a character from Clue, a Monopoly millionaire, a Scrabble tile, or a player from the Game of Life, the possibilities are endless! Get creative and have fun bringing your favorite board game or card game to life!

On the evening of Dec. 24, we will host two separate dances—one for families and one for young adults. Both dances will offer a wonderful opportunity for fun, fellowship, and creativity as we bring our favorite games to life.

We will once again have our popular “Step and Repeat” photo area available to capture your creative costumes and memorable moments with friends and family. And, of course, prizes will be awarded for the best costumes!

As you plan your costumes, please remember that all attire should be family-friendly and appropriate for a Church-sponsored event. Scary, vulgar, or immodest costumes are not permitted.
