When: Labor Day Weekend 2025

Check in: Friday, Sept. 4, 5 to 7 p.m. (dinner at 7 p.m.).
Depart: Monday, Sept. 7, noon.

Where: Camp Copass on Lake Lewisville, about 40 minutes north of DFW Airport.

What’s Included: Meals plus snacks (now catered by our amazing members in the Dallas congregation) and housing from Friday evening through Monday morning. Three nights in Camp Copass dorms. All seminars, workshops and Hilltop service project. Access to Camp Copass recreation areas, courts, pool, etc. YALW 2026 T-shirt. 

Registration Fee: $100

BOGO and Scholarships: YALW is an investment in many ways. We don’t want anyone to miss out for financial reasons. Married couples registering together qualify for 50 percent off one spouse’s registration. If the registration fee is more than you can afford this year but you are able to invest your time and energy, click on our financial support link before you go through the registration process. Please also work with your pastor to see if there is help available in your area.
