King of Kings and Lord of Lords

Given by Paul Carter

In the context of Isaiah 6, which says that a Root of Jesse will spring up a second time, and in the context of John 18, when Jesus told Pilate that he was a King, but not of this world, then this gives additional meaning to the description of Jesus Christ as the Alpha and the Omega. If Melchizedek was the first king, and as the Scriptures say, He was without lineage or end of days, then Revelation also reveals that He will also be the last king, the King of kings and Lord of lords. A message for the Feast of Trumpets.
