It is a poetic book we don’t look at very often. It is a love story between Solomon and a young Shulamite girl who is never named. Rabbinical scholars decided to place this as the scroll to be read during Passover and UB because of the tender care and love the book describes. They recognized that as symbolic of the tender care and love God demonstrate for his people (Israel, and today the Church). Let’s take a brief look and understand how this book ties into the Spring Holy Day season
