Of all of the advice that could possibly be given to an employee who is committed to doing things the way God expects, this advice from Paul is absolutely remarkable. It is very humbling when you consider what Paul is instructing here. He sets the stage for a particular mindset and attitude regarding how we, as employees, in a work environment, in this world, in society, or in the Church, MUST approach working for an employer.
