Come Out of Egypt, and Stay out!

Beginning with Passover, we see the start of a new cycle of annual holy festivals that picture God's plan for mankind. The example of the Israelites coming out of Egypt teaches us about the origin and the meaning of the Days of Unleavened Bread. God uses leavening as a illustration to help us understand sin and how it can start small and grow. As Christians, we are not simply called to come out of sin, but we must be working to stay out.
