This sermon is the conclusion of the 5-part series called "Israel: How Did We Get Here?" Both Israel and Judah were taken into captivity. The tribes of Israel were scattered, leading many to believe that they are lost to history; meanwhile, under Persian rule, the Jews were later allowed to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple. This allowed them to retain their identity in the world up to the time of Christ and even through today.
