Love is a significant matter that most possess only a shallow understanding of the spiritual depth involved. If we, the disciples of Jesus Christ, do understand, I would hope the fruits would be more evident in the commitment of husbands to wives and wives to husbands, and in the level of love and sacrifice both are willing to invest in their marriage--not for their own self-gratification, but truly for the love of the other and for the love of God.
