“Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies” (Proverbs 31:10). The Bible offers wonderful definitions and examples of virtuousness. Exodus 18:21 states that such a person fears God, is of the truth, and hates covetousness, and these qualities should be true of a virtuous man or woman. In the story of Ruth, Boaz declares of Ruth, “for all the people of my town know that you are a virtuous woman” (Ruth 3:11). What can our wives and women learn from this incredible godly trait of virtue?
