Church of God, AWA has produced three, 3-ring binders full of training material for leaders and elders—Pastoral Development Program, Pastoral Training Program and Christian Leadership Training Program. Included in one of those binders is the 9 roles of a church pastor. God has made sure pastors are well-educated.
