The book of Hebrews discusses the planned obsolescence of the old covenant. How can we discern which Old Testament laws were temporary in nature and have become obsolete and which God expects us to keep today? Do we pick and choose based on personal preference? Or are there guiding principles and biblical precedent we can use to properly discern?
