Receiving The Kingdom of God

This message looks at two moments when Jesus used children as vivid examples to teach His disciples about the Kingdom of God. Each scene reveals the posture Jesus said was necessary to receive that Kingdom, the gospel He Himself preached and sent His followers to proclaim. The first shows how we must approach God with the trust, awe, and joy of a child who depends fully on the Father. The second shows how that right orientation toward God shapes how we treat one another with humility, service, and forgiveness. Together, these lessons invite us to recapture a childlike posture.
