Let’s explore the Sabbath day from the framework of the past, the present, and the future. In the past, God ordained the Sabbath to be a memorial of creation and a deliverance to freedom. In the present, Scripture is clear that we continue observing it today as it points towards spiritual freedom. And in the future, it will be kept by the people living in the Kingdom of God.
