The word “Remember “ is listed 1200 times in scripture. How can we remember it all? By placing value on those things we are directed to remember. Jesus tells us to remember Lot’s wife, why? Remember Lot’s wife is a teaching story, a cautionary Tale about the dangers of compromising with sin. Jesus tells us in Matthew 16:25 Jesus tells us whoever desires to save his life will lose it . . . And whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
