Drawing on Scripture and examples, we are urged to use practical, faith-centered remedies: put down the phone to give focused attention, choose authenticity over curated images, and prioritize face-to-face gatherings that foster true community. Ultimately, technology can serve but must not replace real relationships or our primary connection with God.
