Registration Information

When: Labor Day Weekend 2025

Check in: Friday, Aug. 29, 5 to 7 p.m. (dinner at 7 p.m.)
Depart: Monday, Sept. 1, at noon.

Where: Camp Copass on Lake Lewisville, about 40 minutes north of DFW Airport.

What’s Included: Meals (plus snacks) and housing from Friday evening through Monday morning. Three nights in Camp Copass dorms. All seminars, workshops and Hilltop service project. Access to Camp Copass recreation areas, courts, pool, etc. YALW 2025 T-shirt.

Registration Fee: $200 per person, $300 per married couple.

BOGO and Scholarships: YALW is an investment in many ways. We don’t want anyone to miss out for financial reasons. Married couples registering together qualify for 50% off one spouse’s registration. If the registration fee is more than you can afford this year, but you are able to invest your time and energy, go through the registration process and then click on our financial support link. We cannot guarantee scholarships, but we are excited to help as many members as possible PLUNGE into YALW this year. As well, please work with your pastor to see if there is help available in your area.
