The Feast of Trumpets is about the 7th Seal of Revelation. The meaning of this Holy Day involves the church but also the world concerning the end time events leading to the return of Christ. Blowing the Ram’s horn signifies an alarm of war. The trumpets symbolize rejoicing because Christ triumphs over evil and the first fruits inherit the kingdom.

Why do we, in the NT era, have so much appreciation of and so much anticipation for the Feast of Trumpets? What part of this day’s fulfillment do you look forward to the most?

Asking why is critical. What is our personal reason for living this way? Our vision during the Feast needs to be strong than any distractions we may encounter. Do we know what the Kingdom of God is? What does it mean to be a part of it?

Split-Sermon The Bible records God’s intervention for His people multiple times, in ways they couldn’t possibly have imagined in advance. Although we know troubling times will come before Christ’s return, we should be willing to stand back and see how God works things out for His people … in ways we couldn’t imagine!
