As the apostles waited on the Spirit to come on Pentecost so many years ago, they were unsure what to expect and what it would do. They had to learn how to use it and to respond to it. Today we have that same Spirit poured out on us. Let’s really appreciate it and use it as God intends.

As God’s Holy Days show us, there is an early harvest. Christ, the first of the firstfruits, is represented as that wave sheaf during the DUB. Then, with Pentecost, there is that wave offering… those two loaves of leavened bread… a tiny representation of the entire harvest. God starts small, and expands His Plan to include everyone.
